MS5910是一款可配置10bit到16bit分辨率的R/D旋变转换器，片上集成正弦波激励电路，正弦和余弦允许输入峰峰值为2.3V到4.0V，频率范围为2kHz到20kHz，转换器可并行或者穿行输出角度和速度对应的数字量。
