ISSI成立于1988年，是全球技术领先的集成电路设计企业，目前为北京君正集成电路有限公司全资子公司。ISSI专注于高性能、高可靠性的各类存储芯片（DRAM, SRAM, Flash等）的研发、设计和销售，主要面向全球汽车电子、工业、医疗、网络通信及特定消费类市场。ISSI具有内建ECC（纠错）功能的4Gb DDR3 成功完成了ISO 26262 ASIL-B的产品认证，为国内同类产品中首家通过该汽车功能安全认证的供应商。2022年，ISSI荣获中国IC设计成就奖之 “中国半导体20年特殊贡献奖”，产品荣获中国IC设计成就奖之“年度最佳存储器”、中国芯“优秀市场表现产品-汽车市场”奖 等。
ISSI, founded in 1988, is a worldwide leading integrated circuit design company. Now ISSI is a whole owned subsidiary of Ingenic. ISSI specializes in the development of high performance, high reliability Memory products (DRAM, SRAM, Flash, etc) . The major market focus is in Automotive, Industrial Medical, Communication & Consumer Electronics. ISSI's 4Gb DDR3 with on-chip ECC has been ASIL-B certified by SGS corporation. ISSI is the first domestic supplier of Memory products to get the certification. In 2022, ISSI won "China Semiconductor 20-Year Special Contribution Award" & CHINACHIP Awards.
