SWM34S系列MCU
SWM34S 是一款基于 ARM Cortex®-M33 的 32 位微控制器，片上包含精度为 1%以内的20MHz/40MHz 时钟，可通过 PLL 倍频到 150MHz 时钟，提供多种内置FLASH/SRAM 大小可供选择，支持 ISP（在系统编程）操作及 IAP（在应用编程）。内置2MB~8MB 高速SDRAM，集成RGB565/RGB888，JPEG，DMA2D等丰富的屏驱接口和硬件解码器。

华芯微特电机MCU专为电机应用设计。该系列包含普通和集成预驱MCU，集成预驱包含P+N，N+N不同类型，适应不同的应用场景，该系列MCU主要参数概述如下：
