芯耀辉完整IP解决方案
公司实现了国产14/12nm先进工艺平台最全的IP覆盖，包括USB、DDR、PCIe、D2D、MIPI、HDMI、SerDes、SATA，SD/eMMC等涵盖最先进协议标准的全栈式完整IP解决方案。同时，完成了SMIC 14nm车规工艺平台车规级全套IP的研发，并服务了SMIC 14nm车规工艺上的首个客户。去年10月，芯耀辉研发团队顺利完成了基于SMIC 12nm、14nm工艺的DDR5/4、LPDDR5X/5/4X/4，高速SerDes等自研IP的开发和首批交付，其中DDR5性能在16/14/12nm工艺上超越了全行业最高速率。
