Antrol is focused on electronic component testing and analysis,has been deeply involved in the testing industry for more than 10 years,accumulated a massive electronic component inspection database that can be used for standard identification and quality identification.Antrol has a unique ten-step inspection method, strictly accroding to AS6081,IDEA-STD-1010B,MIL-STD-883 and other professional testing standards to control the inspection process. From receiving registration,incoming packaging inspection,label comparison analysis,visual inspection,non-destructive&destructive testing,all tests are photographed for records, finally to the result evaluation, warehousing,and notification to customers. 包装与标签检验
检查要求关键点：检查是否为原厂外盒、原厂包装
标签信息与丝印信息&规格书是否一致；
与原厂标签数据库进行比对分析，排版，字体，字间距，logo，QC印章，标签材质等有无异常。 -
外观检测
检查各类元器件是否全新，是否为翻新货，引脚是否变形，是否氧化等；
通常配合丙酮测试，表面刮擦测试和加热化学测试等来互相验证。 -
X-RAY检测
检查要求关键点：晶圆、框架、键合线
检查晶圆是否存在裂纹，粘接料空洞、键合线完整性以及焊接是否异常等现象。 -
开盖检测
检查要求关键点：晶圆、键合线
用于查看内部晶圆信息、晶圆大小、厂家标志、版权年份、晶圆代码，能确认芯片的真实性。 -
元素分析
分析芯片是否为无铅产品，有害物质是否超过限定数值。

HTC加热化学检测
通过化学试剂的腐蚀性剥离芯片表面的涂层，来验证芯片是否有磨痕，涂层，重新打字等问题。

切片检测
判断晶圆、键合线、截断面、形貌，尺寸是否异常等。

电性能检测
通过测试电子产品的电性参数来确定是否符合规格和标准。

超声波检测
检查要求关键点：分层、气泡、缺陷定位
通过图像及声波对比度辨别电子元器件内部分层、缺陷的形状、尺寸及方位等，同时也可检测集成电路表面丝印字体重影、表面翻新打磨等真伪检测 -
可焊性检测
引脚上锡面积达95%以上，各类IC、主动元器件引脚/焊盘上锡质量是否达标。
